We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
For holiday or promotional periods, extended return windows may apply — please refer to specific promotion details.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, in original condition, and free of any signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging, seals unbroken, and all accessories included (e.g., chargers, manuals, earbuds)
  • Must be purchased directly from our website (returns for third-party sellers are not accepted)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products that have been activated or registered (e.g., smartphones with SIM activation)
  • Opened screen protectors, earbuds, or other hygiene-related accessories
  • Customized devices or engraved items
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
Return Process
  1. Contact our support team at gadgets.sales.rajshahi@gmail.com or call +880 1345126745 within the return window.

  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Securely repack the item with all original contents and labels.

  4. Clearly include the order number or return form inside the package.

  5. Ship the return to the address provided.

Items returned without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Refund or Exchange Options:

Once your return is received and inspected, we offer the following options:

  • 1. Full Refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping charges unless item is defective)

  • 2. Store Credit for future purchases

  • 3. Exchange for a replacement unit of the same or similar item (based on availability)

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Shipping Costs:

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. 

Our Responsibility: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. 

Partial Coverage: In some cases, shared-cost returns may apply for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days:

  • Contact us immediately at gadgets.sales.rajshahi@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the damage

  • We will offer a free exchange, replacement, or full refund, depending on the case

Warranty claims after 7 days may be handled through the product manufacturer directly.
